Refund Policy

Camaly offers users the right to request a full refund within 7 (seven) calendar days after the date of the first plan subscription, in accordance with market practices and consumer protection principles. The refund will only be granted when requested within this period and provided there are no indications of fraudulent use, feature abuse, or violation of the Terms of Use.

After the 7 (seven) day period, there will be no refund, regardless of the reason presented by the user. Cancellation made after this deadline does not authorize the return of amounts already paid, even if the user has stopped using the Services.

If the user decides to cancel their subscription after the refund period, they will remain responsible for the full payment of the contracted cycle until its end, maintaining access to the platform until the corresponding final date. There will be no additional fees or charges beyond the amount already agreed upon in the chosen plan, but there will also be no proportional credit or partial refund.

The user acknowledges that, by contracting a plan, they acquire immediate access to functionalities, automations, artificial intelligence agents, integrations, and other Camaly resources, which is why refunds after 7 days are not applicable due to the digital nature and immediate consumption of the Services.

In exceptional situations, such as duplicate charges or proven technical errors, Camaly may process refunds outside the standard period, at its sole discretion and upon individual case analysis.
