Camaly Technologies LLC ("Camaly", "we" or "our company") is committed to protecting the privacy and security of personal data of all users who access or use the platform, website, integrations, and services offered ("Services"). This Privacy Policy clearly, transparently, and completely describes how personal data is collected, used, stored, shared, and protected in the context of using Camaly, as well as the rights of data subjects and how to exercise them. By using any Service provided by Camaly, the user declares that they have read, understood, and fully agree with the terms of this Privacy Policy. If they do not agree, immediate discontinuation of platform use is recommended.

Camaly collects personal data necessary for user account creation, platform functionality execution, and proper compliance with legal and regulatory obligations. Among the data collected, include registration information such as full name, email address, phone, position, company name, and access credentials; technical information, such as IP address, date and time of access, approximate geolocation, language, browser and device used; and data related to platform use, including automation logs, active integrations, actions performed, and interactions with configured agents and workflows.
The collection and processing of personal data are carried out based on the legal bases provided for in applicable legislation. Processing may occur with user consent, especially for marketing communications and non-essential cookies; through contract execution, for account creation, automation execution, integrations, and essential platform features; based on Camaly's legitimate interest, always observing proportionality and necessity of processing, for fraud prevention, security, performance analysis, and Service improvement purposes; and for compliance with legal obligations, including tax, accounting requirements, or determinations from competent authorities.
Camaly uses essential cookies, performance cookies, functionality cookies, and marketing cookies, including technologies provided by third parties, such as Google Analytics, Hotjar, Meta Pixel, and monitoring and optimization services. The user may manage their preferences directly in the browser, but disabling essential cookies may compromise platform functionality.
Certain Camaly features depend on external integrations enabled by the user, including WhatsApp Business API, Meta Cloud API, Google APIs, SMTP, and custom webhooks. By activating these integrations, the user acknowledges that data processed by such tools may be transferred to these providers exclusively for execution of requested features, always observing advanced security standards.
The Camaly platform uses third-party artificial intelligence services to process features such as chat, guided agents, agency, and image generation. The data sent to these services includes exclusively the text typed by the user in chat, the answers provided to guided agents, the data entered in the agency, and image generation prompts. No photos, audio, or personal profile data is sent to these providers.
Before using any feature that involves artificial intelligence, the application requests the user's explicit consent, informing what data will be sent and for what purpose. Without consent, the user cannot use the platform.
All artificial intelligence providers used by Camaly are contractually required to adopt data protection measures equivalent to or exceeding those practiced by Camaly, in compliance with LGPD, GDPR, and applicable legislation.
Camaly uses duly qualified subprocessors to host and operate the platform infrastructure. Among them, include AWS (Amazon Web Services) for hosting and security, Google Cloud, Meta Platforms for message delivery and APIs, artificial intelligence providers for AI processing, and Cloudflare for attack protection, CDN, and performance. The complete and updated list of subprocessors is available in our Data Processing Agreement (DPA).
All subprocessors, including artificial intelligence providers, offer equal or equivalent protection for users' personal data, as required by applicable legislation.
Personal data may be transferred to other countries, including the United States. In these situations, Camaly adopts adequate safeguards to ensure data protection, such as Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC), in addition to technical and organizational measures compatible with legal data protection requirements.
Personal data will be retained only for the time strictly necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy. Main retention periods include: account data while the account is active; automation logs for up to twelve months; messages processed via integrations, such as WhatsApp, for up to ninety days; and webhook records and technical activities for up to one hundred and eighty days. After this period, data may be deleted or anonymized, except when legislation requires its retention.
The user has all rights provided for in LGPD and GDPR, including requesting access to data, correction of information, deletion request, portability, consent withdrawal, information about data use and sharing, and objection when applicable. The platform is intended exclusively for people aged 18 or older. Camaly does not knowingly collect or process personal data from minors.
Camaly adopts robust technical and organizational measures to protect personal data, including encryption, secure authentication, access control, firewall, active monitoring and backups, in addition to rigorous governance practices and incident prevention.
This Privacy Policy may be updated periodically to reflect changes in legislation, Services, or internal company practices. Regular consultation is recommended to be aware of the most recent version.
