Terms of Use

Camaly provides users with a digital platform for creating, managing, and executing automations, intelligent workflows, artificial intelligence agents, integrations with third parties (including WhatsApp Business API, Google, Meta, and email services), as well as communication tools, automated customer service, and operations focused on business efficiency. Services are provided "as is" and "as available", and may be updated, modified, expanded, or discontinued at any time.

To use the platform, the user must create an account by providing true, complete, and up-to-date information. The user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their credentials and notifying Camaly in case of misuse or unauthorized access. Camaly is not responsible for damages resulting from user negligence.

Camaly grants the user a limited, personal, non-exclusive, revocable, and non-transferable license to access and use the Services. It is prohibited to copy, modify, distribute, resell, reverse engineer, or attempt to bypass platform systems.

The user is prohibited from: using the platform for unlawful purposes, sending spam, scams, or offensive content; violating third-party rights; exploiting vulnerabilities; or configuring automations that violate third-party policies, such as WhatsApp and Meta. Violation may result in immediate account suspension.

The user is entirely responsible for any content sent or processed on the platform ("User Content"). Camaly does not claim ownership of such content but has a limited license to use it exclusively for the execution of Services.

The platform allows the creation of agents and workflows that can execute actions autonomously. The user assumes full responsibility for the configurations, triggers, and consequences of automations. AI models may provide inaccurate responses and should be used with supervision.

When using features that involve artificial intelligence (chat, guided agents, agency, and image generation), the text typed by the user is sent to third-party artificial intelligence services through Camaly's secure servers. The user's explicit consent is requested before the first use of these features. Without consent, access to the platform is not permitted.

By using external integrations, the user agrees to the terms and policies of the connected platforms. Camaly does not control technical limitations, usage rules, or availability of these services. Inappropriate conduct may result in suspension.

Camaly is the exclusive owner of all trademarks, code, interfaces, designs, and technologies of the platform. No additional rights are granted to the user beyond the limited license provided in these Terms.

Camaly is not responsible for indirect damages, lost profits, data loss, integration failures, errors in automations configured by the user, or temporary unavailability.

Camaly may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in abuse, illegal activities, or represent operational risk.

The Terms may be modified periodically. The updated version will be published on Camaly's website. Continued use of Services after the update implies full acceptance of the changes.

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. The courts located in Florida are hereby elected as competent to resolve any disputes.
